On 22 October 2026, A Chance for Change Foundation (C4C) paid a courtesy call on the North-Western Provincial Administration as part of our commitment to strengthening collaboration for agricultural development and improved rural livelihoods.

Our team was warmly received by Mr Bornwell Njungu, Assistant Secretary, who attended to us in the absence of the Permanent Secretary. We sincerely thank the Provincial Administration for welcoming our team.

At C4C, we believe that meaningful and lasting rural transformation requires strong partnerships between government, development organizations, the private sector, and farming communities.

Through our flagship ABE Chili Out-Grower Scheme, we are working to create opportunities for smallholder farmers to improve productivity, strengthen household incomes, create rural employment, and build sustainable livelihoods.

We look forward to further engagement with provincial and district authorities in North-Western Province as we work together to expand these opportunities.

Together, we can unlock the potential of smallholder farmers and build a more resilient agricultural sector in Zambia.
