People and Communities at the Centre
We place people experiencing poverty at the centre of our work, with particular attention to women, young people and rural communities facing barriers to opportunity. Our programmes are designed to strengthen capabilities, expand access to resources and create pathways towards greater economic security and self-reliance.

We work within communities, engaging participants close to where they live, work and pursue their livelihoods.
LOCAL PARTNERSHIPS
We collaborate with government institutions, community structures, civil society and private-sector partners to strengthen programme delivery and extend our reach.

Our programmes combine training, technical support, access to resources, market linkages and other practical interventions based on the needs of participating communities.

We track implementation, learn from results and partnerships, and strengthen approaches that can be adapted or expanded to reach more communities.
